I don’t have favourites! But this quote speaks to how I feel about therapy – even if it doesn’t describe how you feel at the moment, we will rediscover your strengths as we walk through the difficulties together:

 I will not rescue you.
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you, in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness,
As you remember your light.

What do you love about being a CCC?

Therapy is hard and requires vulnerability. I am honoured that my clients are willing to share their deeply personal struggles. Although this is process is not easy, I love seeing the growth and joy that returns to people’s lives as they work through the challenges.
