“Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how'.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning

I love the way Man’s Search for Meaning really explores the importance of meaning and purpose within the human condition and I continually see this with my clients how much having a ‘why’ is such an integral part of living a good life. This is a big part of how I see counselling as a means of exploration regarding existential themes about why are we here and how to move towards what matters most in life!
